How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, particularly for weekend dates. Popular dates fill up fast. The sooner you lock it in, the better.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our hens tours are available for groups of 10 to 45 people. If your group is smaller or larger, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Can we customise the itinerary?
Absolutely. While our tours follow a curated structure, we’re happy to discuss adjustments to suit your group’s preferences. Just mention it in your booking form.
Is pickup included?
Yes, we offer door-to-door pickup and drop-off from your preferred Melbourne or Yarra Valley location.
Can we bring our own drinks and decorations?
Yes to both. You’re welcome to bring BYO drinks on board, up to 2 drinks per person, no spirits, and decorate the bus however you like.
