DUTY OF CARE & PASSENGER CODE OF CONDUCT
Coco’s tours include alcohol, we therefore are legally required to have a duty of care. This ensures that all passengers are safe and able to enjoy their day, as well as our venue partners, drivers and tour operators. All guests must be 18+. All guests must drink responsibly, All guests must be respectful of the tour operator, the driver, the wineries & their staff.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
All bookings must be made through the website’s enquiry form. A $300 deposit will be required in order to secure your booking. Then, confirmation of numbers & the rest of the payment will be required 30 to 20 days before the tour. Once full payment received, Coco will forward an online form for all guests to fill out, in order to collect personal information, diets & allergies, as well as a disclaimer to accept.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
If a guest cancels 7 days or less before the tour: strictly no refund (but feel free to ask a friend to take your spot!).
If a guest cancels 14 to 8 days before the tour: 50% refund.
If a guest cancels 15 days or more before the tour: Full refund.
Coco will take a $200 cash bond on pick up and will return it on drop off, if no damage to the vehicle. Coco supplies rubbish bags on board.
Coco reserves the right to terminate the tour if any actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or the other guests. Any unruly guest will be removed from the bus by the driver and we reserve the right to inform relevant authorities. Coco reserves the right to not allow a guest to keep drinking if he is already too intoxicated.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests to the first stop unexpectedly, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, as well as a full refund.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests during the tour, unexpectedly, before lunch, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, as well as a 70% refund.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests during the tour, unexpectedly, after lunch, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, as well as a 30% refund.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests on the way back to the final drop off, unexpectedly, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, no refund will be organised.
INJURY & LOST PROPERTY
Coco not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings whilst on tour. Coco recommends that all guests take out their own personal travel insurance to cover loss of property, illness or injury.
