What if we fall behind the itinerary?
We carefully plan the itinerary for each tour to optimize your time at each winery and ensure you have the best possible experience.
The itinerary timings allow approximately 45 minutes for tastings and 1.5-2 hours for lunch at each stop. This gives you enough time to learn about the wines, ask questions, and savor the flavors without feeling rushed.
We understand unexpected delays can happen occasionally. If a delay is caused by us or one of the venues, you won't be charged any additional fees and you'll still get the full experience.
We aim to stick to the itinerary as closely as possible so you can relax and enjoy your day. If you do have any timing concerns during the tour, just speak to your guide and they'll do their best to get you back on track.
Can we play our own music during the tour?
Absolutely! We want you to feel at home and have a great time on the bus.
All our vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth connectivity or an AUX cord so you can easily play your own playlist. Take turns DJing with your friends or collaborate on the perfect winery soundtrack.
The music selection is completely up to you and your group. Our guides are happy to assist with any audio setup. So feel free to bring your tunes along and get the party started! This tour is all about letting you set the vibe.
Can we bring our own alcohol on the bus?
Yes, but to a certain limit. We allow up to 2 drinks per person, on board, strictly no spirit. We take a $200 cash bond on pick up, and will return it on drop off, if no damage or major cleaning issue to the vehicle. We supply rubbish bags on board.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a guest cancels 7 days or less before the tour: strictly no refund (but feel free to ask a friend to take your spot!).
If a guest cancels 14 to 8 days before the tour: 50% refund.
If a guest cancels 15 days or more before the tour: Full refund.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests to the first stop unexpectedly, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, as well as a full refund.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests during the tour, unexpectedly, before lunch, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, as well as a 70% refund.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests during the tour, unexpectedly, after lunch, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, as well as a 30% refund.
If the vehicle is unable to transfer the guests on the way back to the final drop off, unexpectedly, Coco will organise Ubers back to Melbourne for all guests, no refund will be organised.
